All crane operators employed by Mountain Crane Service are required to have a current CCO license. Mobile crane operators are also required to have a valid Commercial Drivers' License. Employment references and work history will be verified.

All oilers and riggers are required to be at least 18 years of age and working towards, if not in possession of, a valid Commercial Drivers' License. Employment references and work history will be verified.

All truck drivers are required to have a valid Commercial Drivers' License. Employment references and work history will be verified.

All employees are required to have a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and physical assessment through an approved testing facility. A criminal background check may be required prior to work at certain customer facilities.

All employees are required to follow DOT, OSHA, and MSHA regulations.
